Wallaby's opening page gives the subscriber a quick overview of income and expenses - both month-to-date and year-to-date. These tables default to the current month/year however the subscriber can pick any month/year available in the dropdown list. A convenient 'Quick Hop' menu is provided for the most commonly performed tasks.

Agent Expenses

Many software applications look like they are in a race to see how many features can be added and only confuse and confound the user. Wallaby was designed to offer what the user needs to complete each task - nothing more. With Wallaby, agent expenses are managed separately from employee expenses. This frees each interface to conform to our "simple is better" design philosophy. User defined expense categories make for easy adaptation of Wallaby to your business.

Agent Mileage

Mileage is a non-cash expense. As such, Wallaby manages mileage expenses separately from cash & cash equivalent expenses. Again, this allows handling each task in the most efficient and straightforward manner possible.

Expenses Import

Wallaby provides agents with the ability to import their expense data in a comma-separated file format (*.csv).

Payroll Master

Employees? Payroll can be a headache. Wallaby not only calculates your employee payroll, it handles state and federal witholding too! All payroll and payroll related expenses are folded into the agent's income statement report automatically.
