wallaby...your online
financial assistant
Finally someone has created a way for professional realtors to
track commissions and expenses! Wallaby is tailored to work the way
you do. With Wallaby you are only a few mouse clicks away from
having the answers to questions such as:
- How much did I spend last month on advertising?
- Who are my best sources of referrals?
- How much is my estimated federal income tax this quarter?
wallaby Home Page
Wallaby's opening page gives the subscriber a quick overview of income and expenses - both month-to-date and year-to-date. These tables default to the current month/year however the subscriber can pick any month/year available in the dropdown list. A convenient 'Quick Hop' menu is provided for the most commonly performed tasks. |
Expense Types
Expense Types are fully definable by the subscriber. Based upon the way you do business and advice from your accountant, you can add, change and/or delete Expense Types
|
Agent Expenses
Wallaby has been designed to offer what the user needs to complete each task - nothing more. Required data for expenses are When, Type, How Much, and To Whom. All other data is optional. This conforms to our "simple is better" design philosophy. User defined expense categories (Type) make for easy adaptation of Wallaby to your business. |
Agent Milage
Mileage is a non-cash expense. As such, Wallaby manages mileage expenses separately from cash & cash equivalent expenses. You can enter your mileage however you want: by trip, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, by client. Insert the summarization parameters (e.g. date from and date to) in the Place From and Place To fields. Or not use the mileage entry at all. The IRS still requires your written log, so the purpose for entering mileage into Wallaby is to calculate mileage expense (using IRS mileage rates) for your net income and your employee’s reimbursable expenses. Consult your accountant to determine whether Wallaby would satisfy the requirement for a written log. |
Income Statement
The bottom line - what have you really made so far this year after expenses? |
